Except for college and law school (Ann Arbor), I have lived my whole life in the Chicago area. I practiced law for 38 plus years in downtown doing mostly large commercial real estate developments. I still practice a little, but for the most part I retired in 2001. My wife, Joyce, and I just celebrated our 44th anniversary. We raised our children, Karen and Joel, in Highland Park, where we lived for 31 years. We moved to the city 6 years ago and are really enjoying it. Our daughter lives in the city and we see her 2 kids, Luca and Noah, several times a week. Our son lives in Denver and has a son , Spencer, who we visit several times a year.
Joyce and I love to travel. We visited Chile and the Baltic countries yhis year. Among the places we have visited are Israel, Egypt, Syria, Turkey, India and China. I am looking forward to our 50th reunion and have enjoyed working on the reunion, renewing old friends and making new ones. |
