Married 49 years to my high school sweetheart, Gerry (we met in Miss Burke's music appreciation class). He is my best friend, business partner and lover. After 29 years as owners of Schaumburg-GlenEllyn Para Transit Inc., we sold out 6 years ago and 3 years ago moved to Florida. We have 3 sons, 3 wonderful daughters-in-law, and 9 beautiful grandchildren. I've continued my lifelong dedication to theater, acting, directing and teaching drama. I've directed in dinner theater, community theater, and for 12 years at Grant High School in Fox Lake, IL. I currently direct for 2 theater groups in Florida, Playhouse 19 and Timber Pines Players. I've been fortunate to win many acting and directing awards throughout my career. Currently my husband, Gerry, and I are parttime substitute teachers in Hernando County, Florida. I've been a scuba diver since 1979 and have traveled to over 60 countries in the last 30 years. We have just returned from Brazil and Argentina. We both love golf and the wonderful sunshine of Florida, but we'll travel anywhere to see our beloved Cubs. Our fondest dream is to see the Cubs in a world series before we pass on to that great Wrigley Field in the sky.
