Married 38 years to Rachel (nee Zohar), a Sabra. We have two sons,Eyal, a business man, married, two daughters lives in Atlanta, Georgia, and Ron, a paralegal, married, three cats and live in Grayslake, Illinois. Rachel holds a PhD from Northwestern University in Biblical Studies. She teaches Hebrew Language and Biblical Studies at Spertus Institute, Chicago, Illinois. I hold an MS from Illinois Institute of Technology in Rehabilitation Counseling. I retired in 1999 from the Lake County(IL) Health Department where I was Co-ordinator of the Intensive Outpatient Program for Drug and Alcohol Addiction. I take pride in the fact that I designed and launched this program which, judging by client recidivism, has been quite successful. I also take pride in the fact this program became the model upon which many other intensive outpatient programs in Illinois are based. We live in Grayslake, IL and, in my retirement, my hobbies are travel and making stained glass crafts.
