I lived in Chicago for all of my life until June '03. Always in the Edgewater neighborhood. I moved to Missouri to live near family and have an easier life. I retired from Amoco after 32 years. I now have a one floor house, a cat, a dog, a garden, and a SUV. I have two fireplaces. I miss my friends of many years, the lake, the malls,but do not miss the traffic. I am learning to be a small town gal, to heed storm warnings, to root for Missouri U, and the Cardinals, to like Ragtime music. I never had any children, but am very close to one of my brothers sons,Bruce, a former Marine living in San Diego. Retirement is good. I still have many of my hobbies that I persued all of my life. I have a great doll house, many scrapbooks, all kinds of records, tapes, and cd's. I am looking forward to sone more traveling. I am looking forward to my first return trip to Chicago.
