After graduating from U of Illinois Law school, I joined the
Cook County State's Attorney's office in 1961. In 1966 at age 29 I was named Chief of the Criminal Division. I went into private practice in 1969 and joined the law firm of Arnstein & Lehr in 1994 becoming the head of their white collar criminal division. I have been named the best criminal lawyer in Chicago in a poll of lawyers and judges and have been listed in the "Best Lawyers Of America" in every edition for 20 years. I have two wonderful children, Kathy who owns her own executive gift business and a son Andy who is an accomplished pianist who teaches and performs in the Chicago area. I married Martha Schon in 1998 and we now live in West Palm Beach Florida where we play golf and tennis and enjoy the sun and great neighbors. My days at Senn are very fondly remembered and I thank the Chicago Public Schools for a great education and start on a wonderful career. |
