I received a BA degree from Northwestern U. and taught 3rd grade before starting a family. My husband, Ron, and I have 2 sons who live in southern California and a daughter who lives in this area. They have given us 8 grandchildren - there are triplets living in Vernon Hills with the other 5 living in California. Needless to say, I go to see the California contingent a few times a year.
I have been a Realtor, working on the North Shore of Chicago for over 30 years. I am working at the Coldwell Banker office in Deerfield and really like the challenge. I have many other interests but have enjoyed travelling the most - it is fascinating to see other cultures. Currently, I have renewed my interest in bridge and am taking lessons to learn the new conventions. I am an avid walker and start my day with a 4 mile fast walk to wake me up. If I have time, I play golf in the summer. I'm looking forward to catching up with my classmates at the reunion. I can't believe it's been 50 years!
