I graduated from Northwestern, briefly taught junior high home economics and high schoool English; later was a volunteer tutor in our local elementary school. My husband, Joel, class of Jan. '54, and I have just celebrated our 46th anniversary. We have one daughter. We were on the charter board that developed the Chiaravalle Montessori School in Evanston and we're big supporters of the Music Theatre Program at Northwestern. We enjoy all theatre, concerts, opera and movies. I trained as a personal image consultant and eventually spent 11 years selling Clinque at Marshall Field's. I retired 3 years ago. I have always read alot, belong to a book discussion group, am particularly interested in alternative health modalities, and relax with some form of needlework.
