During my Military and Civilian career, I graduated from the Community College of the Air Force with 3 Associate Degrees in Civil Engineering, Management & Vocational Education in 1976; Vernon Regional Jr. College with an Associates Degree in Management in 1977; Wayland Baptist University in 1980 with a BA Degree in Business and a BS Civil Engineering Technology; and Webster University in 1986 with a Masters of Arts Degree in Management.
I have worked in the following occupations or career fields of General, Construction and Geodetic Surveying; Combat Topography; Military Engineering Technologies; and General and Civil Engineering for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force. I hold numerous military awards and I retired from Civil Service on Dec. 1, 2001. I married Mary Rose Isabella Johnson of LeCompte, Louisiana in Feb. 1958 and we have one son and two grandchildren. |
