Well, it hardly seems like 50 years, but I guess it is. Life after Senn was college spread over several years because of family needs. Later on earning my M.B.A. at DePaul. Married Barbara in 1961 and was married to her for 39 great years before she was taken from me as a result of Cancer. Travel had always been a part of our life ? much of the U.S., British Isles, Europe, cruising in the Caribbean, We have two great children (a son and his family in the Chicago area and my daughter with her family in North Carolina) and 4 wonderful grandchildren. My business career has been spent in sales, marketing and sales management. During my last position as National Sales/Marketing Manager for a St. Louis food company, I also found time (five years worth of time) to join the adjunct faculty of Elmhurst College as a part-time instructor in the Business Department. Over the years I have been active in biking, tennis, golf, sailing and curling (that old Scottish sport that has found its way into the Olympics and onto national t.v.). Thanks in no small part to Mrs. Keats, I have continued with my background in music. Spending many years (now, mostly retired) in choirs and as soloist in churches and temples (for High Holy Days), Gilbert & Sullivan performances, weddings (those of both of my children included), funerals, and other special occasions.
