My proudest accomplishments are my children, Carrie and Larry. Second, my career path as a municipal bond analyst and portfolio manager at Allstate Insurance Company. As Investment Director my responsibilities included the authority to commit up to $40 million per investment. Upon retirement I had $2 billion under management. I am now a developer of senior rental apartments. In addition to the lower 48 and Alaska I have also traveled abroad and to South America. I now restrict myself to Glenview, IL and Palm Springs, CA. Hobbies include some tennis and golf as well as working out and reading. Not-for-profit organizations include past Chairman Swedish Covenant Hospital, Vice-Chair the Galter Life Center, Chair of the Manangement Committee Northbrook Covenant Retirement Village, President the National Gymnastics Foundation and advisor to the Illinois State Scholarship Commission (IDAPP Program). Education includes B.S.(Business) San Jose State University (CA), M.A. (Economics) Roosevelt University (IL). I have been incredibly fortunate and greatful for the opportunities afforded me in life and have no regrets.
