Attended University of Illinois, BA Roosevelt University, Class of '59.
Taught elementary school (public and parochial). Spouse, Harvey, retired corporate executive, two married children and five grandchildren. We have traveled extensively, in the United States and Europe. We particularly love Italy for its art, food, people architecture and culture. I attend classes in areas of art, literature, history etc. I'm also a member of a book club. I still consider myself a Chicago girl and regularly attend Chicago Symphony Orchestra concerts, Grant Park concerts, Art Institute exhibits, The Chicago Historical Society and many other Chicago cultural events and enjoy learning many new aspects of our city's history and neighboorhoods. Fortunately, my health is good and I do enjoy exercise and outdoor activities such as walking, playing golf, and occasionally, gardening. My favorite activities are being with my children and playing with my grandchildren. I'm looking forward to seeing and visiting with many of my high school friends. |
