Fifty years since we graced the halls of Senn!!! WOW! It's a lifetime and it passed in a minute. In that time I graduated from Indiana University, received an AM from the University of Chicago and from a micro-social worker (working with one child or family at at time) I became a macro-social worker, working with for profit and not for profit developers to build affordable (now workforce) housing for working families, homeless persons, seniors (something we may become one day) and persons with special needs. My husband, Herb, and I love to travel and among our best adventures: a trip to Kenya where friends escorted us all over; a trip to Cuba with an arts group and, best of all, a trip to Stockholm to watch my cousin Joe receive a Nobel Prize.

We love New York and travel often to San Diego where Herb's daughter Jill lives with her husband, Gadi and their brand new daughter, Alexandra Susan (beautiful, of course) - our fourth grandchild. More often we venture to Northfield where my son, Stefan Aronfeld lives with his wife Michelle and our other three beautiful, bright, clever and lovable grandchildren: J.J., age 8, Sophie, age 6 and Sebastian, 2 and a quarter - I know, everybody says these things about grandchildren, but we really mean it. I consult with mostly not for profit organizations, helping them to provide affordable housing for their constituents. Herb retired from the practice of law at the end of the year and is Associate Director of Planned Giving for Northwestern University. We are active in many civic and philanthropic organizations, attend the opera and lots of local theater and music. Life is good!
